Chargeback Defense is a division of Regency Global Solutions, Inc. in association with its sister companies preCharge Risk Management Solutions and Chargeback File Merchant Services.
Chargeback Defense was founded in 2007 to address merchants in need of a customized approach to merchant account protection, association support, and chargeback management. Chargeback Defense does not take a cookie cutter approach to any merchant; every merchant program is very specific to merchants needs, from the initial non-disclosure agreement all the way to the association responses.
While most merchant needs can be addressed with a series of off the shelf programs, Chargeback Defense is specifically designed for the needs of complex merchants with complex needs in need of dedicated support and a customized approach to an end goal.
